Job Title: Radiographer Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Radiographer Team Leader to join our team at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Pre-Treatment team, you will be responsible for leading a team of radiographers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of radiographers in the delivery of radiotherapy services
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with medical and physics staff
  • Supervise and mentor junior radiographers to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Participate in quality management and improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a therapeutic radiographer
  • Significant experience as a Senior II in a complex department
  • Postgraduate qualification/training in assessing/supervising/teaching
  • Demonstrate understanding of advanced principles for sophisticated radiotherapy treatment planning and delivery
  • Participated in a quality management programme
