Position Overview

We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team at the Institution of Engineering and Technology.

Compensation: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop menus that cater to the preferences of clients and customers.
  • Prepare meals efficiently to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Take pride in the presentation of dishes, ensuring they are visually appealing.
  • Assist in the innovation and implementation of new service styles and culinary concepts.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to determine menu requirements and procure necessary ingredients.
