Caregiver

At Spark Lifecare, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team of caregivers. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Assisting clients with transportation and accompaniment to appointments and activities
• Supporting clients with emotional and social needs, including conversation and companionship
• Collaborating with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

• Valid First Aid and CPR Standard level C certification
• Smartphone with a data plan
• Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 12 months)
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
• Driver's License "G" class with access to a vehicle
• University and/or College education in a related field
