In this critical role, you will provide maintenance services to ensure the efficient operation of our facility. As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks on various equipment and systems.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Maintain and repair equipment, machinery, and other assets to prevent downtime and optimize production
  2. Perform regular checks and inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment and systems
  4. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven experience in maintenance or engineering role, a degree in Engineering or relevant field, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, as well as good communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Estimated salary: £57,000 - £67,000 per annum (based on location and industry standards)
  • Shift allowance: up to £15,000 per annum
  • Comprehensive benefits package including 24 days annual leave, employer pension matching, life assurance cover, and flexible benefits
