Key Accountabilities:- Maintain and repair equipment, machinery, and other assets to prevent downtime and optimize production
- Perform regular checks and inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment and systems
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven experience in maintenance or engineering role, a degree in Engineering or relevant field, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, as well as good communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation and Benefits:- Estimated salary: £57,000 - £67,000 per annum (based on location and industry standards)
- Shift allowance: up to £15,000 per annum
- Comprehensive benefits package including 24 days annual leave, employer pension matching, life assurance cover, and flexible benefits
