Account Director

Job Description:

We are seeking an Account Director to lead our team of digital marketing specialists in creating and optimizing Paid digital advertising campaigns to generate awareness and new business leads for our clients across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads, Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Display, Paid Social, and excellent copywriting skills with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and client relations.

• Lead a team of digital marketing specialists in creating and optimizing Paid digital advertising campaigns to generate awareness and new business leads.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve campaign performance and meet client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Provide regular analytical reports and insights to clients (vs expected and benchmark performance) using campaign tracking sheets.

Requirements:

• Experience gained within a similar digital marketing/paid media role, agency or client-side, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to create and plan PPC, Display, and Paid Social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Client-focused and commercially minded, with excellent ambassadorial skills and the ability to develop strategies that fully reflect the client objectives.
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads (Search and Display) Google Tag Manager, and Goals & Conversions.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
