About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Lead to oversee our maintenance processes, ensuring seamless operation and high standards of maintenance. This is a permanent night shift position, working 8 pm-5 am, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and support staff, providing guidance, direction, and coaching as required.
  • To effectively manage and coordinate maintenance activities, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities to ensure efficient completion.
  • To maintain high standards of health and safety compliance, conducting regular risk assessments and ensuring adherence to regulations.

Requirements
