We are recruiting for a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to work on a 9 month Fixed Term contract with our client in Bury St. Edmunds. In this role, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, managing bank reconciliations, and resolving supplier disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process supplier invoices within payment deadlines
  2. Review expenses and credit card returns for accuracy
  3. Manage bank reconciliations across subsidiary businesses
  4. Resolve supplier disputes with high customer service
  5. Work with the Finance Manager to process payment runs

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger, with a high level of attention to detail and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Estimated Salary: The annual salary for this role is expected to be around £25,000 - £30,000 based on location and experience.
