The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to learn. You will work closely with our care teams to provide support and companionship to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
As a Care Home Support Volunteer, you can expect to spend time engaging with residents through activities, such as:
- Assisting with daily tasks and routines
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Promoting social interaction and community engagement
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate different availability needs. Whether you're available weekdays or weekends, daytime or early evening, we'll work together to find a schedule that suits you.
