We are seeking to appoint a new retail team leader for our establishment. This role offers a permanent part-time position with a variety of shifts, ensuring a minimum of 16 hours of work each week, which typically includes some weekend hours.
Compensation & Perks:
The hourly wage is set at £12.50, guaranteeing at least 16 hours of work weekly. This equates to a minimum earning of £200 per week, with opportunities for additional earnings through overtime.

As a retail team leader, your responsibilities will include:
Being a vital member of the management team, assisting the manager in guiding the team to operate an effective shop and deliver exceptional service to our clientele.
Assuming full responsibility for shop operations in the manager's absence, ensuring customer satisfaction, efficient handling of deliveries, and adherence to shop routines to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
Managing shop opening and closing procedures, cash handling, order placements, and the development of your team of retail assistants.
Overseeing the management of operational costs, including shrinkage, waste, and payroll.
