Senior HR Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our UK HR Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line HR advice and guidance on employee relations, terms of employment, and other HR-related matters.
  • Contribute to workforce-focused project work, including policy development, management training, and HR system maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and maintain high-quality data in HR information systems.
  • Provide professional HR guidance independently, with support from the HR Director as needed.
  • Support organizational change activities, including restructuring, redundancies, and redeployment.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to ensure consistent application of HR practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a global matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and mediation skills.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies and procedures.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Minimum 3 years of broad-based HR experience.
