Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Newcastle. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing mid-senior level specialist IT professionals in a variety of roles.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing and screening candidates for IT roles
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Conducting interviews and negotiations
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Fluent English language skills
- Ambitious and motivated personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of IT and technology
- Uncapped commission (OTE D.O.E £30-40K year 1)
- Performance-based personal career plan to Executive Billing/Leader
