As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs, ensuring top-quality work at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs, utilizing various skill sets and electrical qualifications.
  • Attending to reactive calls and providing a high level of customer service to a portfolio of clients.
  • Performing lighting installations, fault finding, and lamping, as well as emergency lighting tests.
  • Working with control panels, PAT testing, and changing ballast.
  • Maintaining and updating log books, as well as monitoring and maintaining BMS systems.

Person Specification:

  • NVQ Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Installations Requirements.
  • BS th IEE Wiring Regulations.
  • Completion of AM1 & AM2 assessments.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in Facilities Management, including statutory and non-statutory compliance.
  • Testing and Inspection certification (either C&G or EAL) - Desirable.
  • City and Guilds 2377 for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment (PAT) - Desirable.
  • Vetting and security meeting to be passed.
