Job Title: Property Valuation Specialist

Savills is seeking a highly skilled Property Valuation Specialist to join our team in Salisbury. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cases, negotiating sales, and achieving the best possible price for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential properties, liaising with third-party agents, surveyors, and clients.
  • Compile initial marketing reports, including strategic recommendations for market price and method of sale.
  • Challenging estate agent and RICS reports to ensure realistic prices are set for marketing or let.
  • Proactively review cases and their position, ensuring properties are constantly reviewed for the most appropriate exit route.
  • Support line managers with client-facing meetings and conference calls.
  • Regular reporting for clients and proactive management.

Requirements:

  • Professional and well-presented.
  • Estate agent or valuation background essential.
  • Ability to respond positively to deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Challenge culture, with the ability to challenge surveyors and estate agents with good supporting research.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workloads and requests.
  • Proactive approach to work and willingness to get involved with the department.
  • Highly competent in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and telephone skills essential.
