Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility and accountability for Profit and Loss for the UK entity
  • Lead by example with safety at the forefront and ensure quality is delivered as per corporate and UK policies
  • Lead, motivate, and support the UK team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
  • Implementation of career development plans for all direct reports
  • Increasing profitability and growth with existing and new customers, including operational analysis
  • Participate in quarterly reviews both with clients and internally and externally
  • Responsible for accurate financial forecasting and reporting and to deliver the committed budget
  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
  • Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure activities remain compliant

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent knowledge or experience
  • Significant experience of relevant oil and gas, renewables sector-related integrated multi-service delivery
  • Strong understanding of Engineering and Asset Integrity Inspection Services, including technical and logistical elements
  • Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing, and planning skills
  • Ability to manage, develop, coach, and mentor
  • Self-driven and able to work both client-facing and towards own organization in the region and the group
