Procurement Admin Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Procurement Admin. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the procurement process, ensuring timely deliveries and managing supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate with suppliers to agree on pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.
  • Track and manage deliveries to ensure business-critical deadlines are met.
  • Update received deliveries on internal systems.
  • Process purchasing requests and raise purchase orders.
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Assist with the RMA process.
  • Collaborate with the projects team and pre-sales to mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Manage DOA equipment by securing replacement items promptly.
  • Provide reporting to management on purchase price variances and delivery times.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in using SAGE and Sage 50.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in procurement or administration is preferred.
