Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled French Collections Specialist to join our team at Dow Jones & Company, Inc. in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with assigned customers to ensure timely payment of invoices and account reconciliations.

  1. Manage the assigned accounts forecasts to facilitate payment projections.
  2. Interact daily with clients regarding overdue invoices and payment issues, achieving assigned collections and call quality targets.
  3. Provide high-quality customer service in a timely manner.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Collections Specialist will also:

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within all departments within the company.
  • Act in compliance with company goals, policies, and procedures as they pertain to collection activity and specified Accounts Receivable goals and objectives.
  • Maintain regular and detailed notes and client information in the online collection tool.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Fluent French and English speaking skills.
  • Collections experience in a Corporate & B2B environment (preferable).
  • Solid Microsoft suite skills, including Excel, and Google workspace.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
