Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of tradespeople, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing on-site deliveries.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Participate in joinery tasks alongside the team to demonstrate your expertise and leadership skills.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including reading and understanding drawings and designs.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with team members to overcome any issues that arise on site, promoting a culture of teamwork and problem-solving.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including managing on-site deliveries and ensuring timely completion.

The Requirements

  • Full understanding of the construction process from start to finish, including reading and interpreting drawings, building regulations, and health and safety procedures.
  • Previous experience as a joiner, with a strong background in construction management.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS ticket is required, along with a valid Black CSCS card.
  • First Aid certification and a full UK Driving License are also essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
