About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter at our BP Sunbury location. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general portering duties, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Assist with washing up duties and maintain the cleanliness of the dishwash and surrounding areas
  • Participate in daily and weekly deep cleans to ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Assist with deliveries and organize storage areas
  • Remove waste from waste containers and dispose of them in the correct external bins
  • Provide assistance to front of house and kitchen staff as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
