HLTA Position

Zest Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our special educational needs school in Rugeley. As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting students aged 5-18 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to deliver customized lessons
• Assist students in their learning and development
• Foster a positive educational atmosphere within the school

Requirements:

• Level 4 or higher HLTA qualification
• Previous experience working with individuals with Special Educational Needs
• Effective communication and empathy
