Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Cleaning Team Leader to join our team at Neville Hill Depot, Leeds. As a Mobile Cleaning Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners to ensure the fleet of trains is clean and ready for passenger service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of cleaners to ensure the fleet of trains is clean and ready for passenger service
  • Issue work to cleaners, oversee, and audit to ensure the fleet is ready for passenger service
  • Perform Deep & Full cleans, including hoovering floors, replenishing/cleaning toilets, sanitizing touch points, and buffering
  • Work on a 3-week rotating shift rota, including night shifts from 20:00pm to 06:00am
  • Ensure all aspects of cleaning are completed to a high standard
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve cleaning targets and deadlines

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a team leading role
  • Ability to pass a full rail medical
  • Right to Work documents
  • UK driving license for at least 2 years
  • Happy to help mentality/attitude
