Job Title: Senior MEP Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Cost Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our Real Estate team, you will be responsible for leading the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) specific deliverables within a larger project or leading direct MEP commissions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services across the full project lifecycle, with a strong understanding of MEP systems and supply chain. You will be self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects and clients, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Commission Management, including feasibility studies, procurement reports, estimating and cost planning, tendering and procurement, and post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
  • Leading a cost management team, ensuring they deliver on all accountabilities.
  • Interfacing with clients and other consultants at all project stages.

Minimum requirements include a professionally qualified (RICS or similar) or working towards, degree or HNC level qualification, and experience in delivering MEP elements of work for clients.
