We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our team at Iconic Resourcing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex IT change and digital transformation projects, driving business improvement, and ensuring effective governance of budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects/processes simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies, driving business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on risk management, budgeting, and programme governance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, raising awareness and educating others on digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record in business improvement, with a strong focus on delivering successful projects within budget.
Requirements:
- Hold a relevant programme management qualification.
- Demonstrated delivery experience in complex IT change and digital transformation.
- Proven ability to influence positive behavioural change across diverse teams.
- Effective communicator with experience in raising awareness and educating others.
- Strong background in risk management, with the ability to clearly articulate key project delivery risks and their impact on budget and programme.
