**Job Description**

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Professional to join our team at a mixed Secondary School in Havering. The school is rated Good in its latest Ofsted inspection and has a student population of 485. The successful candidate will be based in a short walk from an overground station, offering excellent transport links.

As a Behaviour Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting students with challenging behaviour both in and outside the classroom. You will be an effective communicator, working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies to improve student outcomes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

* Experience working with children or young adults, preferably in an educational setting
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with students and staff
