We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Domestic Patient Services Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout our Community and Trust sites, using modern cleaning methods and machinery.
- Assist with the cleaning of bodily fluids and barrier cleaning, with full training provided.
- Provide support to patients, visitors, and colleagues in a caring and sensitive manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- GCSE English & Maths at a minimum of Grade D/3, or equivalent, or relevant experience that demonstrates competency to this level.
- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of high cleanliness standards.
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
