Director of Building Surveying and Dilapidations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Building Surveying and Dilapidations to join our team at TFT Consulting Limited. As a key member of our Built Asset and Engineering and Sustainability team, you will be responsible for leading our dilapidations service line and delivering high-quality consultancy advice to our clients.

With a strong background in building surveying and dilapidations, you will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and developing strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for managing and growing our dilapidations service line, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.

As a Director of Building Surveying and Dilapidations, you will be expected to:

  • Lead the dilapidations service line and develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage and deliver complex building surveying and dilapidations projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Contribute to the development of our Built Asset and Engineering and Sustainability team
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in building surveying and dilapidations
  • Proven experience of delivering complex projects and developing strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business development and marketing skills
