- Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and patrons.
- Experience: Proven experience working in a senior bar management role within a similar quality restaurant environment.
- Knowledge: Excellent understanding of and a passion for European wine and classic cocktails.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Education: Competent in both Health & Food Safety laws.
- Availability: Has the right to work in the UK.
