Job Overview

As a Wind Energy Consultant at The Green Recruitment Company, you will play a critical role in driving the energy transition by supporting high-profile onshore wind projects. We are seeking experienced Wind Engineers at Senior, Principal or Technical Director level to lead projects in collaboration with our domestic and international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage onshore wind projects from concept to completion, spanning pre-construction to commissioning.
  • Collaborate with international teams for seamless project execution.
  • Oversee technical aspects: feasibility studies, engineering design, procurement, and commissioning.
  • Conduct technical due diligence to assess and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, providing expert advice.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in wind energy at Principal/Technical Director level.
  • Proficient in wind farm design and software (e.g., WindPRO, WAsP, PLEXOS).
  • Strong project leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working across regions and delivering projects in global environments.
