Your responsibilities will include:

  • Intake and triage of new request tickets
  • Administering and configuring Salesforce to ensure stability and data integrity
  • Supporting the efficient operation of various organizational functions
  • Collaborating with our Salesforce Administration Team to shape the vision for internal and external use of Salesforce
  • Driving Salesforce adoption across the organization to maximize use of the platform and drive business growth
