Job Title: Site Manager

Job Summary:

LNT Group, a leading developer and constructor of residential care homes, is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient running of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards of workmanship and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with all levels of staff, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure that the finished product meets all specifications and standards.
  • Oversee the effective and efficient running of the construction programme, ensuring compliance with HSE, company Health & Safety policy, and all other Health and Safety legislation.
  • Have a FULL CLEAN driving license and be able to travel to various sites.
  • Have a Black CSCS Card (Level 6), SMSTS Current Certificate, and First Aid at work Current Certificate.

  • Tradition Build Knowledge and Experience required.
