Acquire Commercial Assets and Drive Growth

Estimated Salary:

£90,000 - £120,000 per annum

The successful candidate will acquire significant numbers of commercial assets, lead and manage the existing portfolio, deliver projects, and develop the acquisitions strategy to drive growth. Foster a culture of trust and respect within the Property Team.

  • Acquire commercial assets and land throughout the UK and Europe.
  • Manage the existing portfolio and commercial projects.
  • Build networks of Real Estate agents and third parties to support acquisition growth.
  • Develop the acquisitions strategy to drive further growth.
  • Produce individual business cases on all new acquisitions and sites.
  • Provide regular progress and update reporting to the Property Director and Board.
  • Foster an environment of trust and respect within the Property Team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Real Estate or Built Environment degree (BSc / MSc).
  • Full MRICS surveyor.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of acquiring commercial assets and land.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Professional experience of managing a varied property portfolio.
  • Extensive understanding of real estate and successful acquisitions.
  • Analytical thinking with experience in asset / business case preparation.
  • Broad understanding of the real estate planning process in the UK and Europe.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
