Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing person-centred care and support to adults with varying needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop individualised care plans

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A level 2 or higher qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Experience working in adult healthcare or a related field
  • Enhanced DBS clearance and a valid first aid certificate
