Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Humanities Head of Department to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Humanities department and teaching Humanities from KS3 to KS5 to our high-achieving and well-behaved student body.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level in Humanities
  • A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
  • Legal ability to work within the UK
  • Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills
  • Strong understanding of Humanities theory
  • Strong Leadership skills
