We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Analyst to join our Commercial team at Whitbread. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven analytical capability combined with strong interpersonal skills and experience using Adobe Analytics.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum

About the Role

The Lead eCommerce Analyst plays a critical role in delivering insights into the performance of the business through rigorous analysis and measurement.

You'll work autonomously with stakeholders across the eCommerce and wider Commercial & Marketing function, providing rigorous analysis and insight to validate our agreed eCommerce strategies and tactics.

Leveraging all available sources of eCommerce data and MI, you will ensure eCommerce tactics are executed effectively while working with the Acquisition and Product teams to maximize performance across our digital platforms.

  1. Proven analytical capability combined with strong interpersonal skills; the eCA will deliver and communicate complex performance insights to multiple stakeholders.
  2. Experience using Adobe Analytics to analyze user experience and digital marketing performance of an eCommerce platform.
  3. Strong data manipulation and visualization skills, with good presentation capability.

About You

We're looking for someone who is confident to explore and discuss challenges with their peers and line manager, working collaboratively to find effective solutions to complex issues.

With a strong background in analytics, you will be able to support coaching and development of analytical team members in a range of skills and capabilities.

In addition, you will have experience working with a range of stakeholders, balancing prioritization of a backlog of cross-functional requests and influencing stakeholders in the implementation of analysis-driven recommendations.
