  4. Tracking and reporting project costs to ensure that the project is completed within allotted budgets.
  5. Ensuring that all project deliverables satisfy the requirements and adhere to the agreed governance framework.
  6. Shaping business cases or benefits realization and securing funding via investment processes.
  7. Addressing policy and control shortfalls and audit findings, implementing strategic solutions in response.
The skills you'll need

You will need to hold an appropriate project management qualification and have experience in change management, with experience delivering change within a banking Operations team driving measurable business outcomes. You should be comfortable working with ambiguity, have keen attention to detail, and a drive to understand emerging technical capabilities and how these might be leveraged by Operations.

It would be ideal if you have experience of Agile processes and ceremonies, as well as familiarity with Model Risk governance.

You will also need:

  1. Experience of driving large scale automation or AI with a drive to understand emerging technical capabilities.
  2. Experience of analyzing a broad range of data such as Operational, Technology, Finance, and HR to support problem solving and decision making.
  3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to produce executive level presentations.
