Cheshire College – South & West is seeking an exceptional Assistant Director of English to join our team. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in driving and developing outstanding provision in English and Maths.
About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced leader who can provide strong, positive, and inspirational leadership in the development and delivery of English and Maths. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and College Senior Leadership Team to ensure consistently excellent teaching and learning, embedding a high level of aspiration and contributing to the college's journey towards an overall Outstanding Ofsted grade.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive and develop outstanding provision in English and Maths through innovative and high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and College Senior Leadership Team to ensure consistently excellent teaching and learning.
- Provide strong, positive, and inspirational leadership in the development and delivery of English and Maths.
- Market and promote the provision to employers and stakeholders.
