**Financial Controller Opportunity**
Communicate Recruitment Solutions LTD is partnering with an AIM-listed manufacturer to find an experienced Financial Controller. This role will involve supporting operations, transactional finance, transformation projects, and financial accounting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee financial accounting and reporting processes
- Lead commercial finance initiatives from process improvements, streamlining controls and maximising the systems
- Manage the transactional finance team
- Support transformation projects within the finance function
**Requirements:**
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience in the manufacturing sector
- Experience in financial accounting and commercial finance
- Preference for candidates with auditing experience in group/listed environments, or have worked in listed environments
- Must be immediately available and able to work on-site in Leicester
- Commitment to the full 12-month contract
