About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at The Early Careers Company. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning campaign strategies, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring quality on each account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute on a strategic level to a client's business, showing an understanding of the commercial environment and the issues that may affect business.
  • Dealing with all aspects of a campaign/project and driving it forward.
  • Leading and ensuring the delivery of the communications plan, meeting agreed goals and highlighting performance issues, applying the right evaluation, measurement, and reporting systems.
  • Take an active interest in new business activity, networking for leads and playing a part in the pitch process as well as drafting new business documents.
  • Lead and train other members of the account team.
  • Manage the work of Account Executives, delegate, brief, monitor progress, and ensure a high quality of delivery.
  • Conduct client meetings and take responsibility for driving a portfolio of accounts forward simultaneously.
  • Maintaining regular contact with the client and building long-term relationships based on trust and value.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in PR/communications.
