Job Description

We are seeking a Design Development Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design concepts and overseeing the production of construction documents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate interior design projects, with experience working on projects in the UK and/or EU. You will be expected to collaborate with senior design staff to deliver high-quality interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design concepts in accordance with client requirements and firm standards.
  • Oversee the production of construction documents (CDs) in accordance with firm standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior design staff to deliver high-quality interior design projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Graduate of an architecture, interior architecture, or interior design programme.
  2. At least 6 years' experience in corporate interior design projects.
  3. Advanced Revit abilities and detailed experience of concept design and familiarity with suppliers.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Salary Information: We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
