We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Legal and Corporate Governance team at Enable Scotland - LTW. This role requires a strong background in trust management, ensuring duties and tasks are carried out in line with individual trust deed provisions and applicable legislation.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A professional presentation and personality are also essential for this role. Additionally, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate core values of integrity, care, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure trust management duties and tasks are completed according to individual trust deed provisions and relevant laws.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to trust management activities.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for managing trusts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Provide high-quality support to stakeholders, including trustees, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in trust management.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in trust management or a related field.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of trust law and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:
