Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting others. As a Senior Support Worker, you will:
- Deliver person-centered support to individuals with learning difficulties
- Assess and identify individual needs, developing personalized support plans
- Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant regulations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of adult learning disabilities and their associated challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Degree-level qualifications in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology)
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will benefit from:
