About Us

We are an Oxford-based business looking for a talented Service Delivery Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement effective tools and strategies to enhance client satisfaction
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Create and manage buyer account budgets to optimise resource allocation
  • Deliver regular reports to senior managers to inform business decisions
  • Provide performance insights to sector managers to drive growth
  • Facilitate training sessions for buyers on our systems and processes

This role requires occasional travel, so a valid driving licence is necessary. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years' experience in a B2B Customer Success/Service Delivery environment.
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience.
