Responsibilities:
  • Direct the QA team to uphold product quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Supervise the recruitment, training, and evaluation of Quality Auditors.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and adhere to quality protocols.
  • Analyze customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Foster a strong food safety culture and support ongoing quality improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, food technology).
  • Up-to-date HACCP and Food Safety certifications.
