Photocopier Technician

Job Title: Photocopier Engineer

Job Summary:

DevFinders is seeking a skilled and experienced Photocopier Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and networking Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and photocopiers across various customer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain MFDs and photocopiers to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Provide on-site support to customers, responding promptly to service calls and fault finding and repairs.
• Keep detailed records of service actions, maintenance performed, and parts used for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Educate customers on the proper use of equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other engineers to ensure seamless operational support across the region.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in printer maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of basic networking and computer skills.
• Experience with printer brands such as HP, Brother, Lexmark, Okidata, Xerox, Canon, etc.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve, think independently, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
