Job Title: Deputy Director of Quality and Nursing

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to elderly patients and be responsible for maintaining their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication, monitor vital signs, and perform routine medical procedures as required.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families, helping them to cope with the challenges of aging and illness.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations and guidelines are followed at all times.
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
  • Previous experience working in a nursing home.
  • Proven Deputy Manager experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
