Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Primary School Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact in their lives.

The successful candidate will have experience working with primary school pupils, providing encouragement, guidance, and support to help them succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting teachers in the classroom, preparing materials, and helping pupils with their studies. If you have a strong subject knowledge, patience, and empathy, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting teachers in the classroom
  • Preparing materials and resources
  • Helping pupils with their studies
  • Safeguarding training provided

Requirements:

  • GCSE grade C/4 or above in Maths and English
  • Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification or similar childcare qualification
  • Experience of working within a school setting or with children
  • Enhanced DBS check
