Job Title: Graduate Technical Systems Administrator

Interface Recruitment UK is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate Technical Systems Administrator to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in technical systems administration to support our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will have experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications
  • Maintain and administer IT systems, including Windows servers, Active Directory, and Hyper-V
  • Configure and manage network infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks
  • Administer Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect IT systems and data
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and implement processes to improve IT system efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in technical systems administration, including Windows servers, Active Directory, and Hyper-V
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
