Key Responsibilities:

* Daily bank reconciliations and processing of staff expenses
* Review, posting, and reconciliation of Counsel Fees and other anticipated disbursements
* Dealing with general case-related queries and issues
* Monthly nominal reporting for Legal Partners
* Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

* Experience in a similar role within a legal practice
* Good time management skills and ability to prioritize workloads
* Confidentiality with sensitive information
