Job Title: Bid Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator to join our team at White Space Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a bid coordination role within the architecture/design/construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the bid team in achieving successful tender outcomes.
  • Develop and evaluate winning strategies to enhance bid success.
  • Lead on bids and proposals to ensure the best chance of winning work.
  • Manage bids to ensure submissions are of a high and consistent standard.
  • Organise and oversee bid-related meetings throughout the tender process.
  • Oversee the tender program to ensure adherence to company procedures.
  • Assign and drive completion of action items arising from meetings.
  • Maintain lines of communication with joint venture partners.
  • Manage and review the quality submission process.
  • Obtain and share tender feedback and lessons learned to the bid team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Bid Coordinator within the architecture/design/construction industry.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse workload.
  • Excellent IT skills, with experience of Adobe Creative Cloud and Open Asset desirable.
  • Strong copywriting skills with good attention to detail.
