We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a SEMH Support Staff member in our school setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student success.

Main Job Duties:
  • Offer one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH needs, enhancing their social, emotional, and academic abilities.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual education and behavior plans, collaborating with teachers and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering student participation and engagement.
Necessary Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience working with children or young people, especially those with SEMH needs.
  • An empathetic and supportive approach to student care, emphasizing patience and understanding.
Compensation Package

This role comes with an attractive hourly rate of $82, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
