About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Night Carer to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of care assistants while supporting the clinical team in various areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.

About You

">

To be successful in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support to our residents.

What We Offer

In return for your dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, retail discounts, and a referral bonus scheme.
